Ruchelle Stuart:

Auction Specialist/REO specialist  She has worked directly with an existing REO Broker for more than 2 years and has been directly invoved with the auction process for almost 2 years. She is a Broker/salesman and has been licensed for more than a decade. She holds real estate licenses in Nevada, and soon in California,  as well. Ruchelle is a certified foreclosure specialist (CFS) and brings a great deal of REO and short sale experience to the Company.  

Dale Baylen:

Managing Broker   With over 2 decades of   Las Vegas real estate experience, he has owned and managed several brokerages. Utilizing strong organizational skills, he  oversees and monitors all listing & sale transactions. During his varied career, Dale has been in new homes and custom home sales, commercial real estate and land.

Paul Isensee:

Marketing Director: With over 30 years experience in marketing and advertising, he has created an innovative approach to advertising listings, not just in Las Vegas, but nationally and internationally.

We utilize direct mailing campaign to foreign investors, specifically Canada, UK and Mexico, the top international markets investing in southern Nevada properties. Also,  we have a direct mailing campaign to national investors (out of state owners of existing Nevada properties), coupled with extensive internet exposure. We also advertise our listing in Homes Illustrated magazine.

We are are members of the Central Showplace in Toronto Canada, a permanent expo giving Canadians access to real estate markets in the sunbelt states of the United States. (Nevada and Arizona)

In addition, all listings on the MLS incorporate the maximum number of property photos permitted.

Property brochures are refilled in info boxes on sign posts, as well as inside the property.

We hold a weekly open house on all listings.
