My name is Dale Baylen, I am the managing Broker for Win Win Real Estate since 2007. I have been a Las Vegas resident since 1984, and been in Real Estate for over 2 decades. During my varied career, I have been in new home and custom home sales, commercial real estate and land. In the 1990's I opened a full-service Brokerage. I was also Director of Sales for a major development company in the Las Vegas valley.Toward the end of the 1990's, I partnered in a real estate company which not only sold real estate, but also managed property and Home Owners Associations.

I am partnering with Ruchelle Stuart, who has been in real estate for over 9 years and has real estate licenses in Nevada, Arizona, and California, as well. Ruchelle is a broker-salesperson, and is a certified foreclosure specialist and brings a great deal of REO and short sale experience to the Company.
PROPERTY MANAGER
I am also partnering with Carmen Nichols, who has been in real estate for over 2 decades. She is our In-House property manager with over 14 years of property management experience. She is also assisted by her daughter Ashley, as well as, a support staff within the Company.
We also have a team of more than 30 dedicated and experienced buyer and seller agents, who work together to create a seamless real estate experience.
